Is there a cost for the device?
No, there is no cost for the VeriTap device.
What are the operational processes for program reporting?
Once members tap the VeriTap device we will automatically transfer that member’s information into the correct program’s monthly report. All you have to do at the end of the month is download and send the report!
Does the VeriTap device require a power source or need WiFi?
No. There is no battery or WiFi needed to use the VeriTap which makes it very easy to use.
Are members required to utilize a mobile device to check in?
Ideally it’s easier for the location to ensure members have the Concierge app downloaded and use it when they check-in at your location, however if a member forgets their mobile device the location can easily check in the member on the transparency portal.
